Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was setup in the third compartment of the three compartment sink and in the buckets with wiping cloths.
Prep. sink was operational.
Mop sink was available on-site.
Dipper well was turned on for in-use utensils.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
Walk-in-cooler was at 1 degrees C (at or below 4 degrees C or 40 degrees F).
Other coolers (under-the-counter coolers, refrigerated base below the grill, and upright cooler) were at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F).
Walk-in-freezer and other freezers were at or below -18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C (140 degrees F).
Time-tracking via an automated timer was in place for condiments held at room temperature for 2 hours maximum before they are discarded.
Temperature log was in place for refrigeration units and hot-held and cooked food.
Timers were in place for cooking meat patties. A probe thermometer was available for monitoring cooking temperatures (at or above 165 degrees F).
Supervisor on shift had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (valid until March 20, 2023).

Note: A pre-packaged sealed bag of cookies were observed in a cupboard below the handsink and were re-located to the counter so that they are stored away from sources of potential contamination (i.e. away from the plumbing below the handsink).
