front handsink supplied with running hot and cold water and liquid soap and paper towel. dessert cooler @ < and/or = 4 deg C / 40 deg F * thermometer present back handsinks have been sealed. sneeze guards have been installed on front hot holding units bleach on-site for sanitizing surfaces, utensils and equipment. * 2.5 ml bleach for 1 litre of water (100 - 200 ppm chlorine) general sanitation and organization is good no signs of pests noted at time of inspection * Updated floor plan to be provided - email * dishwasher needs to be operational * call inspector for follow-up * Premise may not open.
