- All hand wash stations were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available in sanitizer bucket and in sanitizing sink at 200 ppm - good. *Ensure sanitizer solution is also available for the front area for sanitizing surfaces.
- Three compartment sink was properly set up for manual warewashing at time of inspection
- Ice machine observed to be clean and free of any mould/slime/biofilm. Cleaning log in use - good.
- All coolers were maintaining temperatures of 4C or colder
- All freezers were maintaining temperatures of -18C or colder
- No hot holding was being done at time of inspection
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature logs up to date and well maintained.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor and properly covered.
- Beverage and ice cream machines observed to be clean at time of inspection.
- General sanitation is good
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
