COVID-19 Control Measures: - premise has modified customer seating arrangements, main seating area only booth seating is available and protective barriers have been installed between booths. Each booth is maximum 4 patrons. Additional seating room is closed and will only be used to accommodate single reservation of 6 patrons. - maximum occupancy has been established and posted - 25 people - floor markings have been placed at entrance and outside to guide guests to maintain social distancing of 2 meters - areas defined where meal delivery service can safely collect orders for pick-up - customer waiting area seats have been closed - hand sanitizer provided for guests upon entry - dishware / place settings not set-up on tables in advance - protective barrier installed at point of sale station - Disinfectant product provided for disinfection of high touch surfaces - Environsan - staff observed wearing masks where social distancing cannot be achieved - controlled entry into premise maintained, customers must enter through front door - written COVID-19 Safety Plan in place
