Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing station adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezer operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units not in use at this time. - Ice scoop stored in proper manner. - 200ppm Quats available in a labelled spray bottle. - 2 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing. NOTE: Ensure all washed equipment are soaked in sanitizer for at least 30 sec before air dried, as discussed at this time. General sanitation satisfactory, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis (i.e. floors underneath/behind large equipment).
