-Follow-up inspection to June 20, 2019. -Plumber has serviced facility and front handwash station properly drains water. Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Gravy in the hot holding unit was greater than 60C. Ensure hot holding unit is warmed up and is on the correct setting prior to using for the storage of hot potentially hazardous foods. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
