Corrective Action(s): Have pest control come on site as soon as possible to set up traps and seal any holes found. Provide the invoice. -Purchase pest proof containers for food items, as discussed. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Bleach bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
