Observation: Both glasswashers were not dispensing adequate sanitizer to rinse cycle - 0 ppm chlorine detected at the glass surface.
Corrective Action(s): Staff were already aware. Dishwasher company has already been called for servicing of both glasswashers. In the meantime, wash all glassware from the bars using the main dishwasher in the kitchen.

- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Food-contact surface sanitizer available at 200 ppm (Quats) throughout facility
- High-temperature dishwasher in kitchen reached 71C at the dish surface during rinse cycle - good. *Ensure all glassware from the bar is washed and sanitized using this dishwasher until both glasswashers have been repaired.
- All coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- All freezers were measured at -18C or colder
- Hot held food items were measured at 60C or hotter
- Accurate thermometers available. Temperature logs well maintained
- Good food storage practices noted. Dry storage areas satisfactory.
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions
- General sanitation is satisfactory - *although floors underneath cooking equipment require more regular cleaning.
- Pest control is in place. No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
