ITEMS CORRECTED: - Hand sink at server station has been repaired. Full replacement of sink has occurred - Hand sink in staff washroom has been repaired. Hot water was not turned off at time of inspection - Light cover was replaced in kitchen x2 - Cleaning has occurred throughout - Sanitizer solution made - DIshwasher test strips available for use at dishwasher unit ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Food items in publicly accessible hallway to be removed as much as possible. Items in bags should not be stored in this area - Ensure sanitizer solution is made and in use daily - Continue to clean
