At the inspection dated June 15, 2021 there were no children present as the program was just starting and 2 staff were present.
No coded violations were noted during today's inspection; no written response is requested at this time
As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. For this inspection the contents of the Facility Inspection Report and Risk Assessment were discussed on site, however were written off site, (time spent .50) and provided to the Licensee/Manager via email.
