Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Black cooler unit in front area was not storing foods at or below 4C. Air temperature was 8.4C.
-Staff moved chopped carrots to a working cooler. Other items in unit were whole pineapples and pop drinks which are non-potentially hazardous foods.
-Do not store any potentially hazardous foods here until cooler unit can maintain temperatures of 4C or below.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing station in back area did not have a functional liquid soap pump. The pump was not dispensing soap.
-Staff obtained a new bottle which dispensed liquid soap at time of inspection.
-Ensure hand sinks are fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times for staff to properly and frequently wash hands.

-Off-site storage contains 2 chest freezers (left: -18C, right: -5C). Frozen whole fruits are stored here. Packaged foods are stored off the ground.
-FoodSafe certified staff on duty. Verified at time of inspection.
-Per previous inspection, daily temperature logs were not available. Provided a copy of temperature monitoring template.

-Printed and reviewed report with staff on-site.
