Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed food stored in line cooler by ovens to be maintaining a temperature above 4C at 12.8C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the line cooler in maintaining a temperature of 4C or below, if unit unable to maintain a temperature of 4C or below place food in a unit capable of maintaining temperature. Food in unit discarded by operator as, unknown how long food has been in unit above 4C.

Correct by: Immediately. Temporary measure, operator is running glassware through kitchen diswasher.
