Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink at POS station -the automated soap dispenser is not working (battery?)
Corrective Action(s): Removed the soap pouch from the dispenser and users can obtain soap from the pouch in the meantime (single dispensing)

-Low temperature washer final sanitizing rinse >50ppm chlorine residual as per test strips
-QUAT sanitizer dispenser and buckets >200ppm residual -rinsed wiping towels maintained in solution when not actively used
NOTE: it took about 10-15 seconds of continuous running the dispenser until >200ppm concentration was measured as per test strips

Daily temperature/concentration records maintained -good

-dipper well in use for scoopers

Other Handwash sinks adequately stocked and clear for use
General sanitation good including hard-to-reach areas such as under the stoves
No signs of pests -Orkin Pest Control comes in monthly -last work report indicates no pest activity
