Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer bucket (just filled at the beginning of inspection) and from dispensing system had 0ppm. Staff had to unplug the tube and make it work.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure test strip is used to check concentration of sanitizer at least once a day.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. No handsoap at back dishwashing sink
2. On October 7, 2016 routine inspection report it was noted that the operator had removed the back hand sink without approval. After discussion with the inspector on the follow-up inspction (dated October 13, 2016) the operator must keep the 2nd compartment dishwashing sink (middle one) clear for handwashing puposes. Dirty dishes noted stacking up in the middle sink at time of inspection, no other means of handwashing at the back. Staff indicated the front handsink is close enough.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Replenish soap as the dishwasing sink is also a handwashing station
2. Since the agreement can't be maintained by the operator, operator must re-install the back handsink. Operator has until February 11, 2018 to correct this.
