Summary of Inspection:
At the inspection dated March 18, 2021, there was 3 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection the following contravention(s) were identified identified. Action required by the Licensee is indicated in this report. As part of the Routine inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool was completed.
Emergency Supplies
Licensee informed that the emergency supplies will be relocated to the front door entrance to provide easier access in the event evacuation is needed.
A reminder to ensure that any exits used to evacuate from inside the daycare are not blocked to provide for unrestricted egress. Today's inspection, a chair had been placed in front of the sliding glass door. Corrected while Licensing was on-site.

The report findings were reviewed at the time of this inspection. A copy of the inspection report and facility risk assessment were emailed (PDF) to the facility on Sept.17/20.
