New pest prevention measures installed at back entrance - good.

Stirring spoons are held in ice baths.
Hot and cold water available.
Hand washing sinks in use with liquid soap and paper towels.
Hot holding units at 60C and 75C. Soup units at 60.2C. Fresh potato wedges at 68C and used up within 20 minutes.
Walk in freezer at -18.8C, breads.
New deli cooler at 3.6C in working order - good.
All other coolers at 4C and below.
All units have temperature monitoring in place.
