-Follow-up inspection to May 04, 2023. -Staff are no longer storing personal belongings in the kitchen area. Phones are placed in personal storage areas during work hours, and staff may use phones during break times. -Staff have been instructed on proper glove use practices. Staff change gloves when their hands become potentially contaminated. -Did not observe garbage bags being used to cover foods at the time of inspection. Foods were covered with plastic food grade wrap at the time of inspection. -Did not observe shelving units lined with cardboard at the time of inspection. -Staff are continuing to properly time track soondae and rice noodles held at ambient temperatures. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to COVID-19.
