Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One bucket of Quats food sanitizer measured with a concentration of less than 50 ppm. 200 - 400 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff discarded the aforementioned bucket and refilled with 200 ppm Quats sanitizer. Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces .

-All equipment maintained in sanitary condition.
-High temperature dishwasher registered 75C at the plate level.
