Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer in spray bottle measured to be > 200 ppm, for both the bottle in front area and back area.
Correction: chlorine concentration for sanitizer should be 100 ppm, dilute or replace the sanitizing solution to ensure it is at 100 ppm chlorine.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink at the back kitchen area observed to be used for cooling pot of soup in ice water.
Correction: Handsink needs to remain accessible at all times in operation to ensure staff can wash hands readily. Remove the pot of soup and ensure it is free of obtruction.

-undercounter cooler across from ice machine measured at 3 deg. C
-undercounter cooler below the coffee machine measured at 4 deg. C
-undercounter freezer measured at -3 deg. C
-undercounter cooler (left and right cooler) at back area measured at 4 deg. C
-Preparation cooler measured at 4 deg C (top insert) and 1.7 deg. C (bottom compartment)
-Reach-in cooler under the counter at front area measured at 1 deg. C
-Sanitizer solution in bucket at 200 ppm chlorine
-High temperature dishwasher measured at 72.8 deg. C at plate level
-No signs of pest activities observed at time of inspection
-Handsink equipped with handsoap, paper towel and hot/cold water
-General sanitation satisfactory
