Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BTKQU6: Mouse droppings still observed on the shelf underneath the preparation table and emptied out storage space by the preparation line hand sink. Thoroughly clean and sanitize these areas immediately. Reminder to clean underneath and behind the cooking line and all hard to reach areas on a regular basis. Opened several mechanical traps and inspected glue traps. No mice observed caught at time of inspection. Continue with pest control services, monitor rodent population and take necessary corrective action. Have pest control technician reports available for review at all times.
