General: - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water > ensure dispenser is always filled - good handwashing practices observed - three compartment sink not set up at the time of inspection Note: pop dispenser is out of order; work order has been put in - ensure that the insides of machine are clear of mould and mildew before using it again Temperatures: - pop cooler: 3C - prep cooler: 4C > ensure lid is closed between rushes - walk-in cooler: 3C - walk-in freezer: -13C - hot held foods; 60C - temperature logs maintained
