Quats sanitizer measured 200 ppm. (3 comp sink dispenser was at 400 ppm - need to be adjusted).
Walk-in cooler was at 4 deg C or colder.
Walk-in freezer was at -18 deg C.
Hot holding for sliced meats, potato wedges, cooked veggies was >65 deg C.
Hot holding for soups, chillis was >70 deg C.
Prep line coolers were at 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
High temp dishwasher reached 75.6 deg C at plate surface.
Staff hygiene satisfactory (clean uniforms, hair restraints, hand washing).
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring in place.
Washrooms in sanitary condition.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
