A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily. - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle and cloth bucket was 200ppm. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - General sanitation level satisfactory. No signs of pests. - No expired foods in use or for sale. Stock rotation done and FIFO rules followed. - FoodSafe Level 1 staff present. - All in order. **BE ADVISED - FoodSafe Level 1 certificates that do NOT have an expiration date on them, will expire at the end of July 2018.
