Routine Inspection: Back: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. 3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink equipped with hot/cold running water and drain plugs. Concentration of QUATs sanitizer at the dispenser = 200 ppm. High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.3 degrees Celsius at the dish level after the final rinse cycle. Ice machine maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored in a designated container above ice machine. Temperature of both stand-up freezers (single and double door) maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit). Temperature of both stand-up coolers (double doors) maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit). Dry storage organized. Chemical storage satisfactory. Front: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Temperature of all under-counter coolers and bottom half of display cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit). Concentration of QUATs sanitizer in all pails/buckets = 200 ppm. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - very good. Ice bins maintained in a sanitary condition. Overall: All cold holding units equipped with thermometers. Abell pest control in place. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Premises well lit. General cleanliness and maintenance very good. Operator signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
