Met with owner and discussed the following:

- please remove the old newspaper from the customers area
- In the serving/dispensing area remove the towels ( they are not to be used in the commercial food facilities )
- Bleach used as approved sanitizer
- high temp dishwasher reached 71C at the plate surface ( used the thermo - label )

Keep your daily temperature logs - up to date. It is mandatory for all food facility to keep the temperature logs as part of the approved FS plan.
Clean the floor/some working food contact surfaces/ and under working tables - some accumulation of the grease and dirt noticed during inspection.
Keep the outdoor garbage area always clean and enclosed - since it is very close to the receiving doors.
