-Hot holding unit was 106 deg. C without food -prep cooler was 3 deg. C on bottom, 4 deg. C on top -electrical issues have been corrected -hand sink is accessible from front area. Note-replace sticky shelving paper on wall with stainless steel or FPR board. -replace corrigated plastic as well -some mice droppings still noted. clean up droppings and sanitize area. Note-install door sweep to prevent entrance at back door. -premises is ok to open -Hot holding unit has been removed -plans have been approved.
