- Floor in kitchen has been cleaned to remove debris - Coving on wall (noted on inspection report Jan 2020) has been re-affixed to wall - Ice cream has been removed from freezers and ice cream service discontinued. Toaster oven moved back to approved food preparation area. - Food preparation/handling no longer occurring within former seating area. All food preparation and food handling completed behind service counter where there is access to handwashing sinks. - Operator has Covid Safety Plan and has updated plan to include health check for staff. Pending issues to be addressed: - Additional equipment (freezers) and any items not required for the operation of the food premises to be removed from the premises. To be completed by 28-Jun.
