Follow up inspection conducted: No flies observed in premises at time of inspection. Back door is closed as well as large garage glass doors. Sanitation has improved-- ceiling tiles have been wiped so that there is no large dust/debris hanging down that could potentially drop into the food. If dust/debris builds up again, it must be wiped and removed.
