More thorough cleaning is required in hard to reach areas. Ensure items are removed from the floor when cleaning and clean the entire floor under equipment (to the wall). Operator reported that deep cleaning is done every Thursday.
Temperature of refrigeration units and hot holding unit are satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory.
Temperature of the dishwasher is satisfactory.
Receipts for the fish are kept onsite. Temperature log is being maintained.
Store the box of disposable gloves outside of the washroom.
