Overall cleanliness has greatly improved (underneath cooking line, in back area, and inside walk in cooler as well)
No foods stored on floor of walk in cooler - good
No food items stored on raw wood shelving, grill brushes are currently being stored in a plastic food grade dish/bus tray. Operator has discussed plans to cover the raw wood with a smooth/nonporous and cleanable material.
Ladder has been moved away from the dishwashing area (currently stored in back hallway).
Spoke with operator about FoodSafe certificates issued prior to July 29, 2013. Refer to previous inspection report regarding renewal requirements. Foodsafe certificate dates will be checked during next routine inspection.
