Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): See code 308- glasses run through the glasswasher were not sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): Run glasses through the dishwasher in the back until it is fixed.

Observation: Gap noted underneaht the front glass doors. This can allow pests to enter the premises
Corrective Action(s): Install door sweeps under the two glass doors within one month.

Observation: The glasswasher had 0ppm Iodine when tested.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the glasswasher and call Fraser Health when it has been fixed and has 12.5 ppm Iodine. Re-train staff on how to check the glasswasher and record keeping. Follow up inspection on Monday.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer solution was tested at 200 ppm. Lactic Acid/ DDBSA sanitizer is no longer used.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
