Observation: 1)Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces was at 50ppm. Test strips were present but no longer detecting chlorine. Package appears old.
2) Staff were mixing detergent with chlorine for manual dishwashing.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure bleach sanitizer solution is changed frequently so that concentration is 100ppm chlorine. Obtain new package of test strips and verify chlorine concentration for sanitizer solution and for manual sanitizing step for dishwashing.
2) Follow proper dishwashing procedures - wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry. Ensure all staff are familiar with procedures.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) A box of onions was being stored under the mop sink.
2) Food packaging (portion cups) were being stored in the washroom. Although they were packaged, they should not be stored in the washroom.
Corrective Action(s): 1)Move box of onions and do not store food products under mop sink and they can become contaminated if a spill from the sink occurs.
2) Remove any food related products from the washroom and do not store these items in the washroom.
