-Inspection carried out to follow up on temperature of wash water in dishwasher. According to staff, a new heater was installed in dishwasher. Dishwasher was ran a few times and was keeping above the required 120F. Please send a copy of the invoice showing work carried out.

Note: Also determined that tap water is 135F (58C). This is a safety concern. Reduce hot water tank temperature as previously discussed. Ensure that once reduced, dishwasher still reaches 120F or hotter as required. If not, resume manual washing.

- Repair grease trap lid to present escape of odours.
