Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution in buckets for storing bar towels were due to be changed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure time stamps are adhered to. 100-200 ppm chlorine required for sanitizing surfaces. Staff prepared fresh sanitizer solution for bar towels at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at coffee station was missing paper towels. Paper towel dispenser was out of battery.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the battery, and supply the hand washing station with a roll of paper towel in the meantime.

Comments

- All other hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Dishwasher rinse cycle registered 100 ppm chlorine
- Sanitizer dispenser at three-compartment sink dispensed 200 ppm Quats
- 200 ppm Quats detected in several spray bottles
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- All freezer temperatures were satisfactory
- Hot held food items were above 60C
- Equipment maintained in sanitary conditions (ice machine, ice cream machine, beverage machines)
- Time stamps were in use for toppings/condiments - good
- Temperature records were up to date
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- Storage of chemicals and supplies in outside storage area - okay.
- General sanitation satisfactory - please ensure floors under all cooking equipment are cleaned and sanitized daily.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
