Observation: Door latch at the exterior walk in cooler still not fixed. Parts ordered, as per operator. A wood piece is keeping the door closed as a temporary solution.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-CSLTZ4:

- Front/back handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels.
- Cardboard floor liners removed.
- Cardboard wall liners in the dining area removed.
- Ice machine is fixed and in working condition.
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
- FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Additional staff must be trained in FOODSAFE level 1, as per requirement on inspection report #ECAO-CNMU9B. Submit copies of the FOODSAFE level 1 certificates to the health inspector.
