A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - A professional pest company was contracted (Aug. 31/18) to ID and treatment the fly problem. The invoice indicates that fruit flies are being treated with a drain chemical, and a covered container of liquid is placed on top of the freezer unit too. - There are small flies (not fruit flies) around the peg board wall and computer station. If these flies and the fruit flies are still present after 3 weeks, call the professional pest company to return and treat again. - Do NOT use a vinegar solution to wash surfaces as it is a food item that will attract pests. Only use the chemical cleaners outlined by Waves Corporate Sanitation Plan. - The leaking waste pipe under the back sink has been fixed and it no longer leaks. There is no pooling water and the waste pipes are clean and absent of water and food. - All violations have been addressed.
