Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Few boxes of food supply Observed open in the walk-in freezer.
* A bag of Sugar Stored on bare floor opposite hand Sink.
Corrective Action(s): - All food Supplies in walk-in freezer must be stored closed in the freezing unit.
* All food items must be stored 6 inches off the floor in dry storage area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Few balls of timbits Observed underneath food prep. table.
Corrective Action(s): - Have all floors (underneath tables included) cleaned before opening & closing hours each day.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Spray bottle Sanitizer noted without label.

This inspection done by EHO student.

* The following cold and hot holding units were measured and recorded:-
- Upright Stainless steel Cooler --> 2 deg.C
- Under Counter Cooler beneath hot holding unit --> 3 deg.C
- Cold holding unit for Cut Veggies --> 3 deg.C
- Cold holding drawer for Cream & Cheese --> 2 deg.C
- Walk-in freezer --> -18 deg.C
- Hot holding unit for Soups --> 68 deg.C
- Hot holding unit for bacon, Sausage and harsh brown --> 60 deg.C

* All handwashing stations stocked with liquid Soap and paper towel, hot and Cold running water available.
* 200ppm Quats Sanitizer for sanitizing food Contact Surfaces available in Sanitizing buckets at food prep. areas and Ice cap machine.
* Quats Sanitizer at three Compartment Sink measured 200ppm
* General Sanitation is satisfactory
* No Signs of pest at the time of visit.
* Chemicals were properly stored away from food preparation area, except for the aforementioned unlabeled Sanitizer bottle.

NOTE:- Outstanding items from Inspection Report DN99-BH8UJW dated October 23, 2019, have been addressed.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL.
- Covid-19 Signage posted at door entrance stating that limited number of Customers allowed inside
NOTE:- Exact number of Customers allowed inside at a time Should be Stated on the Signage.
- Alcohol based hand Sanitizer provided for Customers to use.
- Plexiglass Shield install at Customer Order/pay point to ensure physical between Customer and staff.
- Social distancing floor marking Observed to ensure physical distancing between each Customer.
NOTE: - 2m physical distance floor marking is ideal to ensure that Customers are 2 metres away from each other as per BCCDC recommendation.
Therefore, ensure that floor marking is at least 2 metres or 6 feet apart
