Comments

-Cook states that he has FoodSafe training. Provide a copy of the certificate by Friday.
-Label salt, sugar and MSG.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse reached 50 ppm at the plate level.
Bleach bucket had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
