Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # ABAI-B3GPR9 of Aug-09-2018 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Only hand wash station in kitchen is still blocked by the table. This issue was noted on the previous inspection report. Correction: Remove table to allow for clear access to the hand sink and the dry storage area. A follow up inspection will be conducted to follow up on this infraction.

Comments

- No foods stored at room temperature. Small amount of bean sprouts on ice at time of inspection. - No stored foods on the ground or uncovered at time of inspection. - Hose has been removed. Only permitted to bring out hose for deep cleaning when no food preparation is taking place. - Cloths stored in 100ppm chlorine sanitizer solution and not mixed with soap (containers available in both the front drink making area and the back food preparation area). - Back door was closed at time of inspection. Reminder to keep screen door closed if back door is left open. - Duct tape has been removed from door of chest freezer. Door is broken in some parts. ** Repair/replace freezer/door by next routine inspection. - Table that was blocking hand sink has been relocated. Ensure hand sink remains unobstructed at all times. ** Discussed operator to install self closing device/hinge on staff washroom door - to be done by next routine inspection.
