Observation: * Again lots of non food stuff being stored with food stuff and this is unsanitary practise. All storage areas must be organized properly to reduce risk of cross contamination

Observation: * Some cleaning/organizing to be done in storage areas to reduce build up of debris, etc.
Corrective Action(s): * Clean and reorganize ALL areas of storage and maintain in sanitary condition

Observation: * Personal items found on site being stored and not used for business. Also, during inspection operator was purchasing personal food (eg. beef) that was in a bucket and was told not to keep on site.
Corrective Action(s): * Keep what is used for business on site only-- for business use only-- NOT personal stuff. This has been repeat violation from prior inspections

* Note: Reorganization/de-cluttering required again through out storage areas
* Note: Date all sandwiches, etc. in display cooler
* Note: No personal items to be stored on site as this is business and for business use only
