- Foods in soft packaging noted in dry storage room

Corrective Action(s): - After opening a can transfer the food to a food grade container with cover
-All foods to be fully covered ( coolers, freezers and dry storage room)- open bags of dry goods to be put in sealed bins
-Foods in soft packaging ( plastic or paper) to be kept in sealed bin due to current pest issues

Observation: Raw meats are observed in prep sink without any protection under water - directly in sink
Corrective Action(s): To defrost: either put in cooler in advance
or in original package or in clean -food grade plastic under cold ruining water

Observation: Rodent dropping and dead cockroaches noted in several areas ( mostly on floors, corners, under sink) -not near foods
