Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash station in the back corner next to the dishwasher was obstructed by a dish drying utility cart, and did not have paper towel available. Operator refilled paper towel dispenser and moved utility cart during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times for employees to wash their hands.
