Corrected during inspection, operator placed new paper towel roll into dispenser. Violation Score: 5

Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food premises is cleaned regularly and as needed to ensure the premises is maintained in a sanitary condition. Correct by: August 8, 2023. Routine Inspection Completed. Permit posted - ensure new decal for 2023/24 placed on permit once received. Most hand washing sink adequately supplied. Walk-in freezers at -18C or below. Walk-in cooler at 4C or below. Front coolers at 4C or below. High temperature dishwasher at 72.6C at plate surface. 3 Compartment sink available for manual dishwashing and QUATs dispenser at ~200ppm. QUATs surface sanitizer solution in buckets at 200ppm. Employees in uniform with hair tied back/covered. No pest issues noted during inspection. General maintenance is satisfactory.
