Both of the owner's FoodSafe certificates have been renewed and now expire in 2023.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests, traps in place.
Bleach bucket was at 100 ppm.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate level.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
