Reinspection based on previous inspection report. - A Certified Pest Control company is currently providing a rodent control program on site. - Sanitation: Facility is required to be kept clean and organized. Increased effort is required to provide an effective rodent control program. Daily cleaning of all work areas are required. - Food Storage: All food/ingredients are required to be stored in covered, rodent proof containers at all times. No food items are to be left out/opened after hours. - Structurally: Ongoing. Deteriorating surfaces noted. Continue efforts to seal all entry points and repair damaged surfcaes. Thank you.
