Some remaining cleaning, plus some additional cleaning is required to help eliminate your pest infestation: - install a door sweep at back door to prevent pest entry - clean up the clutter behind your chest freezers - use a heavy duty degreasing agent to remove the built up grease and food debris underneath your stainless steel prep table - the above noted cleaning will likely require a pressure washer as the tables are not moveable - use metal mesh to fill in holes beside back door, and around piping in and out of the washroom - a thorough clean up is required under prep table storage shelf (pizza pans, regular pans, pots) to remove the cardboard, grease, and rodent droppings - rodent droppings must be removed using 9 parts water to 1 part bleach along pizza prep tables (across from ovens)
