Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A couple of wet wiping clothes were stored on the counter.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to return wet wipint clothes back to sanitizer between uses.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garbage bag used to cover flour in flour bin. Ice scoop in the back was stored directly on the shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Remove garbage bag as this is not suitable to be in contact with food. Obtain insert to store ice scoop.

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Fruit flies noted around dishpit, office, waitressing station and draft beer corner. Glue strips hanging on ceiling above dishpit and back exit door are full. A few mice droppings noted in corner of office; no other mice droppings found.
Corrective Action(s): Please increase floor cleaning as organic debris attracts fruit flies. Replace glue strips and remove mice droppings.

Observation: Some cleaning required around kitchen handsink, under fryers, small beverage spill inside ice bin.
