All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests.
Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Temperature, dishwasher and glasswasher records kept daily.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
