Licensing was on site to conduct a follow up inspection to review compliance to the cited contraventions at the routine inspection report conducted on January 26, 2024.

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

Manager had responded to Licensing in writing, addressing the following: 10070 - All staff certificates are now posted. 11160 - The protruding branches were removed and resilient surfacing has been added in the outdoor play area. 12140 - Staff certificates were validated 19090 - All children in attendance have accurate records Thank you for bringing your facility back into compliance. This report was reviewed with the Manager and a copy provided If you have any questions or concerns related to this inspection, please contact your Licensing officer.
