- Low temp dishwasher: 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer measured at plate surface.
- Quat sanitizer (ready to use) measured 200 ppm residual
- Salad bar item all on ice + maintaining 4C or colder
- Handsink maintained with liquid soap + paper towels
- Washrooms maintained with liquid soap + single use paper towels
Note: Mens washroom had hot water tap turned off due to a leak. Plumber had been called to service later in the day.
